Method 1: Using Velcro
Enter the vehicle through the driver-side door, grab the Velcro, and take a seat in the driver’s seat. Slide the visor toward the passenger seat after opening it. It becomes possible to see the sun visor arm that holds the visor to the frame.
Where the arm begins to thin out, encircle it with a thin Velcro strip. To conceal the arm, slide the visor back toward the driver’s window. The visor should now be raised such that it is closed. You now have it. The visor works just as well as new and the repair just took a few minutes.
Method 2: Fixing A Loose Sun Visor With Nuts and Bolts
The other fixes for a sun visor that won’t close won’t be as simple as the Velcro one, so don’t expect them to be. However, those in need of the fix have developed some creative solutions.
