In this episode of Ignition, Lago tests the turbocharged Crawford Performance Subaru BRZ on the racetrack to see if it keeps true to its racing heritage before putting it through Motor Trend’s normal tests.
The Crawford BRZ produces between 400 and 500 hp and 550 lb-ft of torque depending on the fuel and engine map thanks to a sizable turbocharger and intercooler. The turbocharged BRZ completed the quarter-mile at 116.8 mph in 12.8 seconds at the drag strip, reaching 60 mph in 4.4 seconds.
