A new date will soon be revealed for the J Balvin performance at Toyota Center that was originally slated for May 6th, 2022.

Holders of tickets are urged to keep them safe because they will be honored on the rescheduled date.

Any attendees who purchased their tickets through Toyota Center ONLY and are interested in a refund must do so within 30 days of the new dates being revealed.

All ticket holders will receive an email when the new concert date is revealed.

Complete immunization or a negative test outcome

The Jose Tour 2022 is expected to be an extraordinary tour, and the event’s organizer has implemented COVID-19 safety procedures to protect the wellbeing of all attendees, crew members, and working staff. All visitors must present documentation of complete COVID-19 vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test result in order to access Toyota Center. Two weeks or more after receiving the second dose of a two-dose series of the COVID-19 vaccine (Pfizer-BioNTech, Moderna, or another vaccine approved by the World Health Organization) or two weeks or more after receiving a single dose of the vaccine (Johnson & Johnson/Janssen). Both PCR and antigen tests for COVID-19 are valid. There are two ways to show proof of vaccination or a negative test: (1) a phone photo of the vaccination card or negative test result; and (2) a paper copy of the actual vaccination card or test result. As the concert date draws near, check back frequently as this information may change (e.g. based on guidance from public health officials).

You can transmit tickets electronically to anyone with a working email address by transferring tickets. The barcode can be shown once the recipient checks in and accepts the tickets.

Parking & Tailgating Information

  • Parking structure: The Toyota Center has an exclusive 2,500 space, seven story parking structure. For VIP visitors, the Toyota Tundra Garage has a separate entrance. Additionally, there are more than 10,000 parking spaces available within a short distance. Houston, Texas 77003 is the address of the Toyota Tundra Garage.
  • Parking near the box office: Visitors can park for free in one of two lots near the LaBranch Street box office. Visitors may park curbside on LaBranch Street for up to 20 minutes each day from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. in front of the box office windows. Visitors may park at the Toyota Tundra garage for up to 30 minutes every day from 9 am to 6 pm. The box office employee will give you a validation sticker for the garage after you’ve paid for your tickets.
  • Guest Drop Off: Locations for guest drop off and pick up are available on Bell Street between Jackson and La Branch and on La Branch Street south of Polk Street.
  • Parking for people with disabilities is available on the first and third levels of the Toyota Tundra parking structure next to the arena. Additionally, there is accessible parking available on Clay Street between Jackson and Chenevert as well as the nearby independent surface lots.

Venue Policies

  • You cannot enter the Toyota Center again unless you have an unused ticket.

Does the Toyota Center in Houston require me to wear a mask?

  • For Rockets games and all other arena events, a lower capacity will be required in order to ensure sufficient separation between groups of spectators.
  • Before entering the arena, ticketed spectators will need to respond to a series of health-related questions. Within 48 hours of their forthcoming game, ticketed fans will receive this survey by email at the address on file. The poll must be completed by all party members, including children, to be eligible to win. Within 48 hours of the game, fans can also text “ROCKETSHEALTH” to 55678 and click the link in the reply message to complete the survey. Fans must present an individual confirmation page with their passing scores to the usher at the entry doors in order to be admitted. More league-mandated testing procedures will be necessary for spectators situated close to the court.

  • No baggage are allowed, but there will be lockers for rent.

Are handbags permitted inside Toyota Arena?

We can’t wait to see visitors at Toyota Arena once more. As we return to events, stricter cleanliness, health, and safety regulations are in place because the safety and well-being of our visitors, employees, players, coaches, journalists, and entertainers remain our top priorities. In addition to being required by our home team leagues, these regulations are in line with state and municipal public health laws, ordinances, and guidelines. Our plans will be adjusted as necessary as our knowledge and understanding of the COVID-19 virus continue to advance.

Regardless of their immunization status, visitors entering Toyota Arena are strongly encouraged to wear a mask.

NO BAG POLICY – Purses and bags will be restricted in size in compliance with safety and security regulations. However, wallets, clutch single pocket purses, or bags must be small, measuring no more than 4 by 5 inches. Clear bags are ideal. Diaper bags and bags containing medical supplies like prescription medications, breast pumps, and other specialized medical equipment will be allowed as long as they are smaller than 16 in. x 12 in. x 12 in. in order to help our guests who need a purse/bag. These bags must undergo further examination. Arrive early to give yourself plenty of time to go through the additional security screening if you need to enter with a handbag or bag.

BEVERAGES AND FOOD – Bring your credit card

“Cashless venue” describes Toyota Arena. Only use a credit card for meals and drinks. Outside food and drink products are not allowed.

CONTACTLESS ENVIRONMENT – Although paper tickets will be acceptable, we prefer that attendees have access to digital event tickets on their mobile devices.

PRACTICE PHYSICAL DISTANCING – Physical distance is advised for everyone’s safety. While you wait in line, there are rules including physical distance spacing signage. During their visit to Toyota Arena, attendees are asked to keep a respectful distance from those outside of their party. More than eight persons cannot congregate on the concourse, and event officials will aggressively enforce this rule. Please be considerate of the space and other guests.

OFTEN WASH/SANITIZE YOUR HANDS. Regular hand washing and hand sanitization can keep you healthy and stop the spread of germs. For your convenience, hand sanitizer stations are positioned all over the Arena.

Toyota Arena has been awarded the Global Biorisk Advisory Council (GBAC) STARTM accreditation, which is the benchmark for well-prepared facilities. Toyota Arena has put in place the strictest cleaning, disinfection, and infectious disease prevention measures in its building with the help of GBAC, a Division of ISSA, the international association for the cleaning industry.

ENHANCED CLEANING & SANITIZATION – Throughout events, Toyota Arena will regularly clean and disinfect all high-touch surfaces and heavily used areas. All sections, including the seating areas, will undergo a more thorough cleaning procedure following each event.

COVID-19 WARNING: Your health and safety, as well as the health and safety of our staff, come first. Although we have taken additional health and safety precautions to keep you safe, there is still a chance that you could be exposed to the virus that causes COVID-19 in any public area where people congregate. Code Of Conduct

  • To be allowed inside the event, all bags and handbags must not be larger than 4″ x 5″ in size.
  • All visitors must show consideration for other visitors, spectators, competitors, event officials, performers, athletes, arena employees, and arena property.
  • Guests who act disruptively (including using profane/abusive language or making obscene gestures), fight, hurl objects, or try to approach the court or stage may be expelled from the location right away without being given a refund or compensation.
  • It is forbidden for guests to purposefully annoy another guest or staff or interfere with another guest’s enjoyment of the event.
  • During an event, visitors are welcome to stand or sit as long as they are confined to the space in front of their paid seat. It is not permitted to stand in aisles or on chairs.
  • To enter the Arena, each visitor needs to have their own ticket and be able to show it.
  • When asked, visitors must display their ticket and only occupy the designated seat.
  • Visitors will behave responsibly when drinking alcohol. A fast and secure intervention will be made if a guest is intoxicated, impaired, or underage. The management maintains the right to prohibit access into the location and/or service to those who are visibly inebriated or impaired. A fast and secure intervention will be made with a drunk or impaired visitor.
  • The only places where visitors may smoke tobacco, marijuana, or vaporizers are in the approved smoking zones.
  • It is forbidden for visitors to use derogatory language, make lewd gestures, wear lewd or indecent apparel, throw projectiles of any type, or have any prohibited objects on them.
  • Visitors will refrain from affectionate displays that are improper in a family-oriented context.
  • Visitors must never enter the playing or performing area or in any way impede the event’s progress.
  • No placards or apparel with vulgar or indecent writing will be allowed.
  • The guidance and instructions of the venue staff must be followed by visitors.
  • By quickly reporting improper behavior to the nearest usher or building liaison, visitors are accountable for their own enjoyment.
  • The arena staff will manage any other behavior that it deems unsuitable for the peace and good order of events or that could jeopardize the safety of people or property in its exclusive discretion.

Visitors are invited to report any unacceptable behavior to the closest Usher, Security Officer, or Guest Services Team Member. Toyota Arena staff has been trained to intervene when necessary to help guarantee that the aforementioned expectations are met. Visitors who choose to disobey these rules risk being ejected without refund, having their season subscription canceled, violating city ordinances, and maybe being arrested and prosecuted. Season ticket holders may likewise face these consequences. If you feel that any issues are not being addressed by our employees to your satisfaction, please ask to speak with a Manager or Supervisor right away. Venue Management retains the authority to accept, modify, or enforce any policy as they see fit.

Prohibited Items

If visitors are found to be in possession of forbidden materials, admittance is denied out of concern for their safety. Every entry constitutes permission for a search. Items that are illegal will be seized and given to the police. A guest may be removed from the establishment if they are caught inside the establishment carrying a forbidden item.
