12. If a service battery is given, it needs to be returned within 15 days or a small fee per day will be charged.
Before settling any warranty claims, the charging system and electrical circuit of the vehicle, genset, inverter, or charge controller must be inspected by the Company’s authorized staff or dealer. Battery recharging will be invoiced separately.
14. Because the battery needs to be checked for the stated failure, the decision-making and settlement of the claim will take a few days.
15. The client is responsible for paying any local taxes or octroi duties that become applicable to the battery that is being repaired or replaced.
16. At the time of purchase, customers are presumed to have read, comprehended, and accepted these terms.
