Bags and purses must adhere to safety and security regulations regarding size restrictions. However, wallets, clutch single pocket purses, or bags must be small, measuring no more than 4 by 5 inches. Clear bags are ideal. Diaper bags and bags containing medical supplies like prescription medications, breast pumps, and other specialized medical equipment will be allowed as long as they are smaller than 16 in. x 12 in. x 12 in. in order to help our guests who need a purse/bag. These bags must undergo further examination. Arrive early to give yourself plenty of time to go through the additional security screening if you need to enter with a handbag or bag.

What is permitted inside Toyota Music Factory?
Things ALLOWED in the location for outdoor performances:
- Small clutch bags or clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC totes no bigger than 12 x 6 x 12 are also acceptable (4.5x 6.5).
- Only consumer-level cameras; no removable lenses.
- food in a 1 gallon clean ziplock bag.
- Water in a factory-sealed or empty bottle of up to 1 liter.
At Toyota Center Houston, are masks required?
- For Rockets games and all other arena events, a lower capacity will be required in order to ensure sufficient separation between groups of spectators.
- Before entering the arena, ticketed spectators will need to respond to a series of health-related questions. Within 48 hours of their forthcoming game, ticketed fans will receive this survey by email at the address on file. The poll must be completed by all party members, including children, to be eligible to win. Within 48 hours of the game, fans can also text “ROCKETSHEALTH” to 55678 and click the link in the reply message to complete the survey. Fans must present an individual confirmation page with their passing scores to the usher at the entry doors in order to be admitted. More league-mandated testing procedures will be necessary for spectators situated close to the court.

- No baggage are allowed, but there will be lockers for rent.
- Every ticket will be electronic. Through the Houston Rockets smartphone app, visitors may manage and scan their touchless tickets.

Is a vaccination required to attend Toyota Center Houston?
The Jose Tour 2022 is expected to be an extraordinary tour, and the event’s organizer has implemented COVID-19 safety procedures to protect the wellbeing of all attendees, crew members, and working staff.
All visitors must present documentation of complete COVID-19 vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test result in order to access Toyota Center. Two weeks or more after receiving the second dose of a two-dose series of the COVID-19 vaccine (Pfizer-BioNTech, Moderna, or another vaccine approved by the World Health Organization) or two weeks or more after receiving a single dose of the vaccine (Johnson & Johnson/Janssen). Both PCR and antigen tests for COVID-19 are valid. There are two ways to show proof of vaccination or a negative test: (1) a phone photo of the vaccination card or negative test result; and (2) a paper copy of the actual vaccination card or test result. As the concert date draws near, check back frequently as this information may change (e.g. based on guidance from public health officials).
Can you smoke at the concert at the Toyota Center?
All premium seating, dining, and entertainment spaces at Toyota Center are smoke-free zones, and this includes the use of e-cigarettes and vaporizers. Doors near Section 117 on the Main Concourse level lead to a designated smoking area outside the arena.
Are chairs permitted inside Toyota Music Factory?
