I’ve built up unique profiles while driving in Eco and Sport, but I haven’t been able to find any information on Adaptive Driving Mode. The name of the button was all I could find in the handbook.
What is the purpose of this driving mode? Acceleration, handling, braking, and under what circumstances is it “adapting”?
It is meant to alter how the car reacts based on how you drive it and your GPS location, however I haven’t personally used it (apparently only with active guidance enabled on the built in Navigation system). So, in theory, if you have adaptive suspension, it should set the suspension in comfort mode on motorways and performance mode on backroads. Additionally, it depends on how you’re driving, so I suppose if you floor it, the engine mode switches to sport, for instance.
It would just be able to change the adaptive suspension, the engine mode, and the steering; it doesn’t do anything really unique. Basically the same settings that Sport Individual allows you to individually select.
