I bought a 2021 Hyundai Sonata N-Line last month. The automobile has been my ultimate favorite. However, the DCT feels finicky at low speeds, especially while decelerating, and this is the one thing that has irritated me ever since I started noticing it. When “downshifting,” the DCT appears rather choppy and can occasionally be quite startling (almost feels like getting tapped by another car). Contrary to the majority of N-Line drivers, I believe I always drive in “Normal” mode unless I’m in a particularly spirited mood. The problem seems to persist regardless of the driving mode I use.

I looked around other forums and discovered that the Kia K5 GT’s transmission suffers from the same problem.
