There is a notice in the Bluelink manual itself that reads: “WARNING: A SELECTION OF 2018 AND OLDER VEHICLES USE 3G WIRELESS TECHNOLOGY, WHICH IS SUPPOSED TO BE DISCONTINUED BY CELLULAR NETWORK CARRIERS AFTER 2022. Such vehicles might not be updated to support other technologies and won’t be able to connect to BlueLink services after 2022.”
