- Access File Explorer, then go to the Downloads folder.

- Click Test the software under Test the program’s compatibility settings.
- Click Yes in the User Account Control pop-up window.
- Accept the settings and click Next on each page when the installer runs, with the exception of the Select Additional Tasks page, where you must uncheck the top two boxes for the Execute backup and restoration wizard
- Keep going until the Completing the BMW Standard Tools Setup Wizard window appears, then click Finish to reboot.

When I saw this on M5Board, I knew I had to share it. It is a very basic self-installer with very little instructions. The applications (BMW Coding tool, NCS Expert, INPA, etc.) may now be installed and operated very quickly even on a Windows 10 computer that supports X64!
After the installation, users may only need to change their COM port back to COM1; nevertheless, a Readme file with straightforward instructions appears.

I’m not sure whether I’m doing something wrong, but I can’t seem to locate my automobile. I first see the E90, and then not much else. Is there a preferred Windows version?
