I can only get the accessories to turn on when I try to turn it on. The best way to explain it is as though you only briefly depressed the brakes while holding down the Start/Stop button. The vehicle would turn on when you applied the brakes and pressed the start/stop button, allowing you to switch between Drive, Reverse, and Neutral (it also makes a noise when you know the cars ready to drive, my i3 does not make the startup noise). But even with my foot on the brake and the start/stop button down, my car will only allow me to activate the iDrive.

What do you mean when you say “the new batteries have been depleted down to 41% according to the app”? There shouldn’t be a percentage report for the 12 volt battery; only the voltage should be displayed.
This indicates to me that your 12 volt battery is still dead because the car isn’t engaging the H.V. line contactors or going into the drive-ready state.
