I drive a convertible BMW 1-Series. One day I closed the boot on it, but the dashboard indicated that it was still open. I tried to open the boot, but I’m no longer able to do so. Since the boot does not have a keyhole to manually open it and the back seats block access, there is no other way to get inside.
The only method I’ve found to open the boot is to remove the back break strip light and try to grab hold of the manual cable, but I’ve found that to be impossible.
