It is worse than the App it has replaced.
I upgraded from the connected app I was using to this one. Nothing is added that I can see, and in my opinion the UI seems worse. This is just a matter of personal preference. The fact that some features no longer operate is more annoying. One of the most useful features, trying to communicate a location to your car, is no longer functional, despite the app’s claims to the contrary. UPDATE: In their response to my review, BMW gave me instructions, which I already knew, BUT THEY DO NOT WORK. Some things work, like when I unlock the car and flash the lights, however the app won’t let me lock it again or transmit directions (wonderful!). According to the instructions I received from BMW, I must be doing something incorrectly, yet everything used to work with the old connected drive app, which I can no longer access because it has vanished from the App Store.
