How To Make BMW 320I Faster?

With just a jb4, catless downpipe, and intercooler, it is still rather quick. It will become riskier if you want it to go more quickly. I’d test the components I…

286 horsepower and 435 Nm for a Completely Different Car: BMW 320i Tuning

Our most recent Stage 2 BMW 320i tuning file gives the venerable sedan a significant boost in power and torque.

The 320i can go to 100 km/h (62 mph) in 7.3 seconds with its stock 184 horsepower and 270 Nm of torque. This specific model has an MG1CS003 ECU.

The Stage 1 BMW 320i tuning already gives the car a significant boost, but when combined with the Stage 2 tuning, the power increase far exceeds that of any other comparable model, even the manufacturer-tuned BMW 328i and 330i.

The catalyst is the only piece of hardware that needs to be changed for the Stage 2 BMW 320i tuning; the exhaust stays stock. Because of this, the enormous boost in power and torque is far more cost-effective. Since no new intake and exhaust components must be purchased, this Stage 2 tune is less expensive than many others.

After our tune, the boost reaches a maximum of 1.6 bars and can maintain a decent 1.4 bars across the RPM range.

To guarantee the ideal air-fuel ratio, a change in fuel supply is made in conjunction with this boost. To ensure complete combustion and notably enhance throttle response, we also enhanced ignition timing. This results in the 320i being more potent and sensitive following our therapy.

Our BMW 320i tune produces 286 horsepower and 435 Nm. It accelerates to 100 km/h (62 mph) in under 5.8 seconds, which is much faster than the original vehicle.

Two Decades of BMW F30 320i Tuning Development

It’s hardly surprising that one of the most prevalent European vehicles on New Zealand roads has been the BMW 320i. It’s because they are reasonably priced, fashionable, and low maintenance.

But the most frequently requested question about the BMW is usually the same: “Can you make my BMW 320i faster?” For the previous ten years, the response was virtually invariably a categorical “no.” We may perform simple 320i tuning tactics, such as enhancing the accelerator responsiveness, taking care of the maintenance, and regaining lost horsepower over time. Not much more than that, though.

The 320i requires some sort of forced induction for years in order to move. Our hopes were ultimately granted when BMW released the F30 320i with a turbo in late 2011 or early 2012. The excellent interior, fantastic gearbox, and N20 engine with a little kick to go with it made it an instant hit.

People began to realize that the BMW F30 328i had the same engine in the following few months, but that the power output was significantly higher.

The Best Upgrades For Your BMW 3 Series Are These

One of the greatest easily modifiable compact luxury automobiles is the BMW 3 Series.

For many years, automotive fans have turned to the BMW 3 Series as their preferred model. Due in part to the extensive range of options the 3 Series models offer and in part due to its standing and on-road performance.

Following its appearance in EA’s Need For Speed: Most Wanted video game in 2005, the 3 Series enjoyed considerable renown. It immediately rose to fame among vehicle enthusiasts as a street-racing icon.

Whether you drive a brand-new 320I or an older E46 M3, a sedan or a two-door 3 Series, there are some upgrades you can make to your vehicle to help it go faster, look better, and sound angrier. Here are some considerations that, in our opinion, you should make while customizing your BMW 3 Series.

I’m new to the forum and recently purchased my first BMW, an e90 320i with an 08 update. Although it’s not the world’s quickest vehicle, I must admit that it is an absolute dream to drive. just what I anticipated. I apologize for waiting so long to buy it.

What can I change about it to give it more grunt? I’m curious about what folks have already done in practice and how their performance improved.

SFA can help you perform better. But when I had my 320i serviced, I installed an OEM BMW Performance Exhaust and a K&N filter with the airbox base removed. It had a decent sound.

Hello, I appreciate the suggestion; it sounds like the best course of action. Does anyone in Melbourne know where I can purchase the BMW OEM PE?

Observe BMR Autowerkes. Your man is Stu, aka bmroxm5, who posted earlier. excellent prices

I’m not sure where you could obtain it in Melbourne. Definitely not from the thieves. Due to the BMWPE’s non-compliance with ADR, they are not brought in. But people are still getting them in despite that.

What is the cost of the pedalbox and where can you buy it? Is there really a better option than stock? The 320 might benefit from improved throttle response.

Spend the money, in my opinion, on something that genuinely improves performance. Simply said, if you want better throttle response, step in with your right foot harder.

Paul has a jb4 tune that remaps the throttle anyway, and he obviously forgets how sluggish the throttle response is on a factory euro car. Don’t listen to him.

If you need a spare pedalbox, I have some. The cost is $250. You obtain them from the UK if not.

A JB4 cannot be installed on a 320. Luster was referring to the throttle remapping feature, which a pedalbox performs. A JB4 performs the same function and much more, but for a N54 (335) engine.
