May 3, 4:30 p.m. update: A Porsche Design Tower apartment that developer Gil Dezer had previously purchased at auction for $4.1 million has now sold for $6.25 million. That is a hefty profit of more than 50%.
In March 2017, Dezer initially sold unit 3605 at 18555 Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach in a preconstruction sale for $6.7 million to AD Royale, a business run by rich Polish investor Dariusz Robert Wojdyga and his wife Agnieszka Gasior.
The couple sold the apartment for $8.9 million months later, only to sell it to Dezer at auction in October for $4.1 million.
In the 132-unit, 60-story tower known for its “Dezervator” auto elevator, Dezer claimed he didn’t want “just any guy” purchasing an apartment.
He declared, “As a developer, I stand by my product.” “I got a great deal and was still able to preserve the building’s worth.”
Dezer paid roughly $4.5 million to close on the condo in October, including the buyer’s premium. The three-bedroom, 4,794 square foot apartment had been built out for the sellers for roughly $1 million. It had Interiors by Steven G, a designer kitchen with Miele equipment and motorized cabinets, a master bathroom with a stone spa bath and Dornbracht fixtures, and other features.
“I don’t know why somebody would attend an auction in that manner. He probably needed the money, “said he.
The condo’s new owner is a relative of a well-known celebrity, according to the developer, who declined to name the buyer. Property records have not yet been cleared of the sale.
A single unit evaded Dezer. The luxurious Sunny Isles Beach tower’s unit 4203 sold for $3.15 million in January, or just $800 per square foot. It was a “overnight” sell. Dezer claimed that if not, he would have purchased it.
Carlos Peralta Quintero, a Mexican billionaire, Carlos “CarGo” Gonzalez, a Colorado Rockies player, Igor Yakovlev, a Russian businessman, and Terry Taylor, the president of a major auto dealer, are among the owners at Porsche Design. Taylor paid $25 million, or $2,615 per square foot, for a four-story penthouse at the tower. The building was finished by Dezer Development in November 2016, and Alicia Keys performed at a private party to mark the occasion.
Dezer is holding onto the remaining five developer units until the market recovers. He answered, “I wait to get my price.
Along with acquiring several properties in Sunny Isles and North Miami Beach, Dezer Development is also co-developing Residences by Armani/Casa with the Related Group and Rockpoint Group. The premium apartment project is expected to be completed later this year.

What drew Messi to make a purchase at Porsche Design Tower?
It was revealed that the privacy of the Porsche Design Tower was what drew Argentine star Messi to purchase a unit there. He can leave and enter the building without being seen, and he can park his opulent car in the living room of his apartment overlooking the sea thanks to the tower’s patented lift technology. At the same time, his stunning wife was always drawn to Miami, the continent’s metropolis, where a sizable Argentinean community may be found.
Three bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms are included in the 3,555 square foot Messi condominium. The unit’s sale price per square foot works up to USD 1,406.
Other high-profile, wealthy, and famous investors in Porsche Design Tower include Messi. A few examples include Birdman, a rapper who is renting space in the tower, Carlos “CarGo” Gonzalez, the standout player for the Colorado Rockies, and Mexican tycoon Carlos Peralta Quintero.
Recently, Puerto Rican musician Anuel AA, who paid $6.25 million for a unit, was added to the roster of Porsche Design Tower occupants and notable owners.
A four-story penthouse in the opulent tower was purchased by Terry Taylor, president of a significant auto manufacturer, in 2017 for the startling sum of $ 25 million, or $ 2,615 per square foot.
The opulent Porsche Design Tower in Miami is attracting a large number of billionaires from across the world because it has an elevator for cars.
Miami’s Porsche Design Tower is now available for move-in for the millionaire who prefers to sleep close to his sports car.
The renowned Porsche brand, in collaboration with Dezer Development, picked this Florida real-estate hotspot to make its mark, and the 60-story structure on Sunny Isles Beach is its first in the US.
More significantly, it is also the first structure to house a drive-in car elevator known as a “Dezervator,” which has a patent.
Only six of the 132 apartments are still available, but one of them is the four-level, 17,000 square foot penthouse, which is listed for $32.5 million. The penthouse has four cars and a “sky garage” with two private pools.
Considering that at least 22 billionaires have already invested, the buyer will be in excellent company. Regular units, meanwhile, can exhibit up to nine automobiles; more space is available for an additional purchase cost. A spa, a ballroom, a theater, and a game area with race-car simulators are some of the additional building facilities.
Alicia Keys gave a performance on March 18 to mark the tower’s official opening.
Soccer superstar Lionel Messi lists a condo in Florida’s Porsche Design Tower for $7 million.
Lionel Messi, an Argentine soccer player, invested in Miami’s Porsche Design Tower roughly two years ago. He recently relisted the apartment in the skyscraper. The property has a $7 million price tag.
The home, a 3,130 square foot duplex unit with two bedrooms, makes use of much of its space to convey a luxurious lifestyle. A bank of large windows in the communal living area’s two-story ceiling that look out over Biscayne Bay have sliding glass doors that lead to the balcony of the building.
The most unique feature of the building is a “dezervator” that transports one’s four-wheeled trophy into the layout and turns it into the focal point of the interior design. This feature was inspired by the building’s automotive base. A driving simulator, a virtual sports area, a hair salon, and a private restaurant called FUEL are among the other attractions.
Messi, who presently represents Paris Saint-Germain, paid $7.3 million earlier this year for a full-floor apartment in South Florida.
Anuel AA, a Puerto Rican rapper, purchases a unit at the Porsche Design Tower
Anuel AA, a Puerto Rican rapper and musician, is one of the famous people who have purchased a property in Sunny Isles Beach’s opulent Porsche Design Tower. 2019 Billboard Latin Music Award for new artist of the year went to Anuel AA.
The Latin musician, whose real name is Emmanuel Gazmey Santiago, paid $6.25 million for the 3-bedroom, 445 m2 residence, according to property records.
Anuel AA, a rapper, is not the only famous person who resides in the tower. Player Lionel Messi, Bishop Edir Macedo of the Universal Church, Mexican billionaire Carlos Peralta Quintero, Colorado Rockies player Carlos “CarGo” Gonzales, Russian businessman Igor Yakovlev, and businessman Terry Taylor are among the famous people who have also purchased residences at the Porsche Tower in Miami. The latter is the president of a significant auto business, who spent $ 25 million to purchase one of the condo’s four-story roofs.
The Porsche Tower is preferred by so many celebrities above other luxury condos in Miami because of its exclusivity and solitude. The Dezervator, an extremely sophisticated elevator that delivers the owner’s automobile to the flat, is one of the condominium’s standout features. If you’d rather, you can leave your car parked in your living room. The condominium’s privacy mirrors that of a home in this regard. Go straight to your unit after parking your car at the property. No one needs to see you or be able to see you.
One of Miami’s most affluent neighborhoods, Sunny Isles Beach, is home to the Porsche tower. On the island, there are additionally other opulent condos like Armani Residences and Acqualina Resort.
The skyscraper was finished by Dezer Development in November 2016, and Alicia Keys performed at a private party to commemorate the occasion.

The 132 condo homes in the building range in size from 4,252 to 16,915 square feet and have three, four, or five bedrooms (see Porsche Design Tower floor plans). The Dezervator’s journey is completed in less than 60 seconds while moving at an average speed of 800 feet per minute. There are 284 robotic parking spaces overall in the Porsche Design Tower in Miami.
In the Porsche Design Tower, how many penthouses are there?
There are 132 elegant and modern condo apartments there. Due to the building’s cylindrical shape, floor-to-ceiling windows, and spacious balconies that range in size from 800 to 1,600 square feet (74 to 148 square meters) and are meant to provide perfect seclusion, residents can enjoy breathtaking ocean and intercoastal views.
