Who Owns Infiniti Of Hanover?

On Tuesday, the Washington Street Infiniti of Hanover vehicle dealership permanently shut its doors.

Although the dealership’s showroom was still full of vehicles as of Thursday, there were printed notices on the doors informing customers that the shop was closed and providing a phone number in case their vehicles were already being serviced there.

An staffer at the dealership stated on Thursday that they would not reopen, but declined to provide any other information. The dealership’s website has been replaced by a single page stating that it is permanently closed. Additionally, the business has locations in Norwood and Medford.

The Hanover Chamber of Commerce’s Josh Donovan stated in an email on Thursday that he was unaware of the shutdown.

Carelessness

The staff at this dealership are blatantly indifferent to its incompetence. My automobile was purchased here in January of 2020. When I came in to remedy a headlight problem, they informed me that my tire had damage as well and asked if I wanted that fixed. Although I stated that it wasn’t a top priority and that I would get it fixed if my warranty covered it, I had purchased a wheel and tire warranty. The advisor said my car was covered and ready to go, but there was a warranty issue that caused a misunderstanding. I instructed them that they needed prior permission to work on it after reading it personally. The issue is that the service gurus replaced my car’s tires without asking for my permission. They forced me to phone the warranty company after lying and saying the tire was out to the side and hadn’t been mounted on my car yet ( After they went and placed the new tire on my car already ).

Because the service advisor claimed that I hit a curb while I never said such a thing, the problem was not addressed.

The true issue was that they installed the new tire on my car before verifying a warranty claim, then claimed they couldn’t remove it to replace it with the tire I previously had because they couldn’t accept it back after it was installed. They essentially compelled me to buy the tire by installing one on my car without my will. Despite my reluctance, I paid since it was the right thing to do from a moral standpoint.

As I return to my car, I notice a scratch on the driver’s side fender that they did not inform me of. I scheduled a visit for it to be fixed for two days later, but when I arrived, they gave me the runaround about rescheduling because they no longer had the loaner car I had asked when I made the appointment.

I warn you not to do the same because I will never set foot inside this building again for anything. Nobody seemed to be concerned about the current problems, and no one will make the necessary accommodations when they are the root of the issue.

Everyone I’ve dealt with, at least, blames someone or something else. When you first enter, they appear to be pleasant and courteous, but they are actually incompetent and irresponsible when it comes to doing their task in a professional manner.

I got my car here while Prime owned it, but Dan O’Brien is the new dealership that took over a lousy dealership, and it appears that they are tolerant of their ways as they continue to act carelessly as well.
