Has anyone ever had to swap out the D1S concealed bulb on an LCI F10? I removed the access panel from the wheel well, but there is no plastic cap that needs to be taken off to reach the headlight housing’s back as instructed in the owner’s manual. There is a plastic cover, and four torx screws keep it in place. Three of the four were easy for me to remove, but it looks impossible to remove the one in the upper right. So I took out the inner wheel well, which opened up a little more space, but I was still only able to loosen the last screw out of concern that I wouldn’t be able to put it back in and tighten it. I’m still unsure of how I’ll get rid of the final screw. However, I was able to peel the plastic cover far enough apart to reveal the hid bulb’s back inside the housing. How do I get rid of this bulb? There were a few of metal clips holding the bulb in place on an E92 I completed a few weeks ago. The clips that hold the back LCI F10 D1S bulb in the housing are not visible. Any suggestions would be highly appreciated.
