The production version of BMW’s iNext electric vehicle concept has officially been introduced in the US, and the company has stated that the starting price will be $83,200.
BMW stated that it would be a Tesla Model 3 rival while it was still known as the iNext.
The EV community was ecstatic about that since the Model 3 was starting to compete with the BMW 3-Series, and it was anticipated that the German automaker will introduce an EV for roughly $40,000.
But as the iNext program developed into a luxury crossover, BMW stated earlier this year that its starting price will exceed $80,000.
