The Best U.S. Dealerships Of 2021 Are Honored by BMW NA
BMW recently released a list of the 32 American dealerships that were given the Center of Excellence designation, which honors the nation’s top-performing businesses. There are 350 BMW dealerships in the United States, and each one was evaluated based on performance indicators for sales, after-sales service, customer experience, and other factors. The recognized dealerships exceeded their counterparts in the aforementioned categories during 2021 according to the measurements, which are based on the balanced scorecard index.
Due to the pandemic’s consequences, the award was not given in 2020 after honoring the best U.S. dealerships of 2019.
