Among its top dealers over the previous 12 months, BMW UK has recognized Douglas Park Hamilton as the winner.
A virtual first for 2020, the annual Retailer of the Year Awards “celebrated the leadership, aptitude and agility of the BMW retail network, who wonderfully serviced new and returning customers during 2020,” according to BMW UK.
Douglas Park Hamilton won “Retailer of the Year 2020” after excelling in a number of areas, including after-sales, marketing, and financial services.
Additionally, Douglas Park Hamilton won the Regional Group Retailer of the Year and the Aftersales awards. David McBennett, the group’s head of brand, also received a personal award for his outstanding leadership and devotion to the business.
JKC received the Owner Driver Retailer of the Year award. Sytner Group got the Marketing Award. Sytner Coventry won the PLC Retailer of the Year award. Cotswold Hereford won the Retail Sales award. Rybrook Wolverhampton won the Financial Services award.
