I purchased this vehicle three months ago. Yes, I purchased a fully stocked 2008 Infinity Ex35 in 2019. I was quite fortunate to purchase it from someone who had maintained it well for all these years. It is evident. I’m also giving it fantastic care. If properly maintained, the machine will continue to feel like a new car even after 10 years and 100,000 miles of operation. It appears to be lovely. handles superbly. It feels upscale. Everything is great, with the exception of the outdated lack of Bluetooth media. However, there are workarounds. speakers by Bose. exquisite cabin and leather. incredible style And if you gently accelerate, it drives like a loving vehicle. However, a sharp acceleration turns this monster from being smooth and sweet into a beast on steroids if you feel like having some fun. incredible pick up. If you suddenly desire to jump the speedometer, the 300 HP v6 engine really kicks in and transforms everything. very silent automobile. It is so silent in park mode that you cannot know it is on. I’m very content. It’s the ideal small SUV that anyone can own.

The 35 doesn’t really have a problem with higher mileage. I don’t see why your repair costs will increase significantly because all of the typical faults (such as door locks, wheel bearings, CD player troubles, and bubbling dashboards) have probably already happened in yours. A few owners in this forum have vehicles valued at or above 200,000.
As the 45’s mileage increases, you might have to consider an oil-consuming engine and other related issues, but the 35 is indestructible. There aren’t many tranny substitutes for either, that I’ve heard of.

The maintenance quality is poor. As I work on the automobile, I’ve seen cars that I had assumed were maintained and discovered progressively more junk. For me, it would be suspicious if it was exported with such a high mileage. If I were going to buy the car, I’d search for a shop that is very acquainted with Nissans and Infinitis and have them thoroughly inspect it.
There are a few FXs with significant mileage. There must be at least a couple over 200k, in my opinion. I’m confident these can last 200k+ with the right care. I now have a 2002 Maxima with 210k miles on it.
It can be difficult to distinguish between preventive and maintenance at this mileage. I would approach it case-by-case and wait to see the results of a careful investigation.
Typical issues? Whatever wasn’t first adequately kept At that kind of mileage, I normally would anticipate
– Original motor mounts are likely in need of replacement or are very near to needing replacement.
– MAF If it hasn’t been changed, I would anticipate it would soon require replacing. I don’t think cleaning the MAF truly helps, at least not with this engine.
– A lot of the emissions equipment is certainly inefficient, but you might not give a hoot about that. If your gas mileage starts to decline, you might want to take notice. Costly emissions equipment. Nearly all of the emissions on the Maxima have been replaced.
– The front end rubber may be beginning to deteriorate in some areas. Even though it’s not expensive, such stuff is nonetheless annoying to deal with, and I worry that finding it in other countries would be difficult.
The one with a lesser mileage is preferable in my opinion. The conventional wisdom is to get a 2006 model or later because they underwent a refresh, however in your case, you are located abroad, making it difficult to locate parts. Finding a reputable company to fix the car will be difficult as well. Considering that, I would suggest that you choose the 2005

What was the Infiniti EX35’s successor?
The Japanese automaker’s brand-new premium compact sport-utility vehicle for 2008 was the Infiniti EX35. The model’s name was changed to EX37 in 2013 and QX50 in 2014 as a result of yet another name change. This five-seater four-door wagon shared its base and drivetrain with Infiniti’s midsize G35 sedan. The EX was available in base and Journey trim levels and was powered by a 297-horsepower 3.5-liter V6 mated to a five-speed automatic transmission with manual shift mode. Both had a choice of all-wheel drive or rear-wheel drive. AWD had a snow mode that fixed a 50/50 front/rear power distribution. Antilock brakes, traction control, an antiskid system, curtain side airbags, and front side airbags were all standard safety equipment.
Along with two Infiniti firsts, available options included a navigation system, rearview camera, sunroof, leather interior, and a 9.3-gigabyte hard drive for storing digital music files. Four cameras were used by Around View Monitoring to provide the driver with a 360-degree view of the exterior on the navigation screen. On the navigation screen, each viewpoint may be shown independently or all at once to create a seamless overall vision of the vehicle. A warning sounded if the driver approached a stationary object too closely in any direction. The second innovative option, Lane Departure Prevention, assessed how close the car was to the lines on the road. A warning signal sounded and the car’s stability control system was turned on to bring the vehicle back to the proper side of the line if it detected that the vehicle was leaving those lines at speeds greater than 45 mph. Nissan’s premium division faced competition from the Acura RDX, BMW X3, and Land Rover LR2 with the EX35.
Infiniti EX35 has all-wheel drive, right?
The base and Journey trim levels of the 2009 Infiniti EX35 are also available with either rear- or all-wheel drive. A 3.5-liter V6 engine with 297 horsepower powers every EX35. A five-speed automatic with a manual shiftgate is the only transmission available.
