How Many Porsche Dealers In Usa?

Porsche Cars North America’s second-best year was fueled by the new Taycan, the powerful 911, and the SUV.

In spite of the pandemic’s effects, Porsche Cars North America, Inc. (PCNA) today reported retail deliveries in 2020 totaled 57,294 vehicles, the company’s second-best year ever. This is still better than 2018’s record. Deliveries in the fourth quarter hit a new high of 17,560, an increase of 6.4 percent from a year earlier. Since the coronavirus’s first effects in the spring, there has been a steady recovery, and this was the second consecutive favorable quarter. Porsche 911, 718 Boxster, 718 Cayman, Macan, Cayenne, Panamera, and Taycan are all licensed to be imported and distributed only by PCNA.

According to Kjell Gruner, President and CEO of PCNA, “Despite the many challenges of 2020, we achieved our second-best sales year in the U.S.,” which “is a monument to the tenacity of Porsche, the dedication of our dealer partners, and the excitement generated by our brand.” “Now, as we begin 2021, we have the most varied and comprehensive selection of vehicles ever, ranging from the ground-breaking Taycan to the svelte Cayenne Coupe and amazing 911 Turbo S. I have high hopes for PCNA and our 192 independently run U.S. dealers.”

Demand for the Taycan, the first entirely electric Porsche model line, was high, with California accounting for nearly one-fourth of the 4,414 deliveries made to customers in the United States in 2020. The Macan and Cayenne had the best full-year results, and the classic 911 continued to be the most popular two-door sports vehicle.

In the fourth quarter, 7,081 Porsche Approved Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) vehicles were sold in the United States. CPO sales increased by 8.6% in 2020 with 27,261 deliveries.

PCNA adheres to the Motor Intelligence-issued U.S. Auto Industry Sales Release Schedule. Sales for 2020 started on January 3, 2020, and ended on January 4, 2021.

Sachsenheim: Found after a search

Sachsenheim serves as the location of the major components warehouse. From here, spare parts are delivered to more than 650 Porsche dealers worldwide.

Porsche can consolidate its logistics for spare parts thanks to its proximity to Zuffenhausen, the company’s main plant, barely 25 kilometers away. On the 260,000 m2 property, storage, handling, and function rooms were set up that are specifically configured for the spare parts industry. Porsche gains a lot as a result. Including faster order throughput times and lower expenses.

The exclusive importer of Porsche automobiles into the United States is Porsche Cars North America, Inc. (PCNA), with headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia.

It was founded in 1984 and is completely owned by Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche AG, a German company with its headquarters in Stuttgart. About 300 employees are employed by PCNA, which offers 189 dealers Porsche automobiles, parts, services, marketing, and training. To deliver the best-in-class experience to Porsche consumers, they in turn work.

Porsche has created a number of technologies throughout the course of its more than 65-year history that have enhanced safety, increased vehicle performance, and sparked environmental advancements in the automotive sector. By adding to its lengthy series of motorsports triumphs dating back to its first 24 Hours of Le Mans class win in 1951, the firm continues to honor its heritage. Porsche is now regarded as the most successful sports car racing brand in the world, having earned more than 30,000 victories.

PCNA works to uphold the excellence, dedication, and distinction that have come to be associated with its brand. PCNA imports the iconic 911, Boxster, and Cayman sports cars, Cayenne and Macan sport utility vehicles, and Panamera sports sedans for the United States.

From its base in Southern California, Porsche Motorsport North America offers support, parts, and service for racing. Parts delivery is done by Porsche Logistics Services, LLC out of Atlanta, GA and Ontario, CA.

A brand-new Northeast Regional Support Center that was developed and run with a level of environmental sensitivity and received a distinguished LEED Gold Certificate was also formally launched by PCNA in October 2009. The 300,0000 square foot structure is the only one in the northeast region to obtain this distinction. Other facilities are also a part of the environmentally friendly projects in the United States. Porsche’s logistical facility in Ontario, California started using solar energy in 2009, saving 50,000 pounds of CO2 annually.

In January 2015, PCNA relocated to its new North American headquarters, which is now situated in Atlanta, Georgia’s southern metropolitan area. This one-of-a-kind building demonstrates a dedication to both design and functionality and aims to offer a unique experience among all other automotive brands in the world. The Porsche Experience Center contains a Driving Simulator Lab, Porsche Driver’s Selection Store, Carrera Cafe, and Restaurant 356 for the ultimate fine-dining experience. It also has a module-based 1.6-mile driver development track. The facility is also home to the PorscheExclusive – Personal Design Studio, the Business Center, the Classic Car Gallery, and the Restoration Center.

THX ZORA

This is my first post, and I want to order a 2022 Macan S. I recently took delivery of my C8 Corvette after a year-long wait, so I have plenty of experience with refundable deposits, wait lists, and finding dealers with the essential allocations to place an order.

We are debating picking it up in Atlanta using the Porsche Experience option. In order to find a dealer who can get us an allocation and, hopefully, enable delivery by the end of summer 2022, it may be worth the $450. This justification helped us order the C8 from a sizable dealer on the opposite side of the country by allowing us to pick it up at the museum in Bowling Green.

In order to identify the largest dealers and those who likely have the most allocation slots, a list of the largest volume dealers from the previous year and how many Corvettes they sold was kept on the C8 forums. Is there a list like this that Porsche dealers can access, or do we simply need to pick up the phone and contact Porsche dealers across the nation to find the one with the lowest wait time for an allocation?

I browsed the forum’s dealer section but couldn’t find anything similar.

The Perfect Porsche Shopping Experience

Dealer principal Jack Daniels stated at the facility’s opening that “our goal was to create a distinctive and aesthetically spectacular Porsche atmosphere for our consumers. This facility is built to the stringent standards set by Porsche.

“Our goal was to provide our customers a spectacular first impression. You are immediately struck by the majestic entrance that looks over the wide showroom floor exhibit as you enter the building. The atmosphere is nearly like entering an auto show due to the size and quantity of cars.

However, the experience isn’t just for first-time Porsche buyers. You will receive first-class care throughout the facilities as a Porsche service customer as soon as you step onto the main display floor. When you arrive at the service desk, you can speak with the service writer in the privacy and comfort of a different office. To ensure timely and effective work, the facility can accommodate up to 18 service bays.

38 years ago, Jack Daniels Motors began selling Porsche vehicles, and today, that tradition continues. As a Premier Porsche Dealer during that time, we have led the nation in numerous sales, service, and parts categories. We have developed from a local dealer to a top-tier business with a global customer.
