Absent the driver, fold down the back seats and lay them across. The Sun Mountain cart folds up and fits miraculously in the front bonnet despite being a tight fit.
I’m not sure about a typical 911; from what I recall, it appears tight. The ideal Porsche for golfers is a GT2 or GT3 without the rear rollbars, however this may sound unusual. Without taking away the “big sticks” and any extra luggage, you can easily get two sets of clubs.

They were an ideal match. The clubs fit in the rear of my 996 C2 with the back seats folded down. Simply pull the passenger seat forward and tilt it (for entry only), insert the clubs diagonally, place the bottom of the golf bag far back (behind the driver), and the club heads—including woods and a driver—will fit comfortably at the front edge of the back (passenger side) seat. When the club shafts come out of the bag, wrap the rear passenger-side seat belt over top of them and draw it back to keep them in place when you brake. The passenger seat can then be moved back to accommodate the passenger after that is finished.
I own a three wheeled push trolley called a Powercaddie Twinline 3. Without taking the wheels off, this fits comfortably in the boot. Other gear (balls, shoes, etc.) can fit in the boot. A trolley might not fit in the boot of a 4wd model because the 2wd models have a deeper boot than the 4wd versions.
Additionally, there was plenty of space for me and Mrs. Diesel to pack for a 12-day tour of Europe behind and around the golf bag, between the seatbacks and squabs, and behind the seats. fantastic automobile
