The Objective Numbersand Subjective Opinion
The Sorento Hybrid completed our tests with a 0-60 mph time of 8.4 seconds. The Toyota Highlander Hybrid AWD, which is bigger than the tweener Kia, ran in exactly the same amount of time. Unsurprisingly, the 281-hp turbocharged Sorento, which reached the mark in 6.3 seconds, is considerably faster than the Sorento Hybrid. It provides the same amount of cargo space and additional rows of seating as the non-hybrid vehicle, with just a little less legroom in the second row.
